Many people believe that a cleanroom is dust-free, but this is a misconception. So how do we define the purification level? This number is not something elementary school students use their fingers to count one, two, three... Instead, a dust particle counter is used. So how do we choose the purification level?

1. According to relevant GB national standard documents, different GBs in the industry have mandatory regulations for you. For example, the medical device clean room is rated as 100000 level, and the laboratory part is rated as 10000 level or above. As for where these will go, it also depends on what products are produced.

Secondly, according to the needs of one's own product, cleanliness is an important indicator that affects product yield. How much cleanliness can improve yield? This parameter needs to be obtained through industry experience and multiple experiments, and can only be judged by consulting relevant technical personnel in the same industry or based on our successful cases in clean rooms. Taking the mobile phone industry as an example: the bonding process requires achieving a hundred level purification!
